END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

LICENSE TYPES:

The end-user licence of BestSync can be Free Licence or Paid Licence.

FREE LICENSE:In 30 days after the first time the user installing BestSync, all the features included advanced features of paid licences are available. If the user does not order a paid licence, when the 30 days' trial period expires, the Free Licence is applied. The free features are enough for local file/folder synchronisation and backup. BestSync does not limit the task number and folder/file number under the Free Licence (Better than many other software do).
The free features will not be expired, but advanced features of paid licences are not available under the Free Licence. User can order the paid licence whenever he/she wants to use the paid features.

PAID LICENSE:BestSync includes many advanced features, such as copy open/locked file, real-time sync, synchronise with FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, AmazonS3, Google Storage, Rackspace Files, Google Drive, OneDrive, OneDrive For Business etc file systems, multiple-thread/session upload/download etc. After 30 days' trial period, the advanced features will be disabled. If you need the advanced features, you need to orderBasic, Premium, Business or Ultimate licenceaccording to the features that you need. LICENSE ACTIVATION COUNT:

(1) For the personal user:

The activation count of licences is the number of licencesplus 1.
That is, if an user has 1 licence, the user can activate it on 2 computers. If the user has 2 licences, the user can activate them on 3 computers, and so on.

(2) For the business user, or user who belongs to an organization:

1 licence can only be activated on 1 computer (including the virtual computer).

(3) About installation version and portable version:

The licence of BestSync can be used on 32-bit / 64-bit installation version, or 32-bit / 64-bit portable version, only if the count of the computers or removable drives is the number of licences plus 2.

UPGRADE:

The licence of the previous major version works on the current major version.

The licence of 2 major versions before is downgraded 1 rank on the current major version,
the licence of 3 major versions before is downgraded 2 ranks on the current major version, and so on;
but the lowest downgraded licence is the Basic Licence.

SUPPORT:

There is a support forum on risefly.com. Any one who have or do not have the licence can post question on the forum, RiseFly Software will answer the question as quick as possible. Users who have licence code can also contact risefly@risefly.com for support. If modification of the program is necessary, we'll always modify the code on the latest version.

BestSync, INCLUDE THE SOFTWARE, THE DOCUMENTATION AND ANY OTHER ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN MATERIALS, IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR/SELLER/SUPPORTER/DISTRIBUTOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, AND LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

Installing and using BestSync signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence. If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove BestSync files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
